Who we are
ThoRaven Ventures is a defense-focused micro-investment and advisory firm led by former Special Operations Forces professionals. We exist to close the gap between promising defense technologies and operational deployment by providing early-stage capital, trusted advisory, and real-world SOF expertise that accelerates outcomes.

What We Do
We operate with a dual mission:
Capital Deployment: We invest early-stage funds into mission-relevant defense technologies to help startups build proof-of-concept products and position for institutional investment.
Operational Advisory: We embed advanced SOF advisors into early-stage teams to reduce development risk, improve functionality, and speed time-to-field.
Our current portfolio includes five early-stage ventures spanning kinetic systems, tactical communications, ISR platforms, and next-gen soldier tech.
